I 'm going to explain my creative process in few steps

Why? What? How?

What I will try to make here is that when I ask you & your team “What” we work on, "Why" it is necessary, & "How" we can improve, it becomes very easy to get carried away with internal discussions, technical details, and complete features. This in turn gives us well-focused, oriented goal

Understanding the Brief

This is our first interaction where I will outline your objective, company background information, the scope of the project, project timeframes, and your team. Overall, we will understand how we can work together

IA & Wireframes

In this stage, I will be going to make whole ideas into organizing, structuring, and labeling content in an effective and sustainable way. It might be Web or app platforms. However, the goal here is to make relevant ideas into applicable and recognizable flows and journeys for users.

Interaction & UI Design

Here I make project goals into live prototypes. I will interact with an interface to accomplish the goal(s), whether it's buying something, getting somewhere, contacting someone, etc.

Feedbacks

Feedback is the very important & key indicator of user experience. I will listen and gather lots of information from you and team.

Identifying the problems that users face is one of the most important parts of UX design. But as critical as research is to the UX design process, some of your work will still require a small amount of “mind reading” about the user’s experience. That might seem like it’s contradicting the rule of never making assumptions, but sometimes users just won’t feel comfortable or know how to express exactly what their problem is and how it affects them. In this reading, you’ll learn how to define unspoken pain points and use them to form strong problem statements.
